this post is dedicated to those who had just sat for prelims and are in the midst of getting their paper / marks.
if u got full marks (in other words 100%) wasnt it a failed test? (as quoted from mr chiam.)
the setter fails to measure you. all he/she can conclude is that you are off the charts eh?
therefore can conclue certain ppl are off the charts le. certain brightly shining sun.. hehe
but must bear in mind,
success is not about the destination but the journey. ><>

BUT! dont
dont keep complaining about the one mark you lost that caused you your A1 infront of others who did worst.
dont omg omg omg so much that you dont realise the guy beside you is frantically trying to dig out a mark to help him get another grade
dont
keep saying mock mock mock to someone who scored higher than you, but is still trying his best to argue for a mark because different people have different expectations. you cant expect someone who always gets above 90 to accept 75 right?
if u have frens who didnt score that well,
the more you express those newly-gained-ego from your high score, the worse they will feel isnt it?
then again, its never wrong to express your feelings, nth wrong abt it at all
JUST! .. sometimes, maybe just try to surpress it a little?
BE SENSITIVE! thats the key, try not to hurt others luh

for those who didnt do well, congrats. u have company (ME!)
" its always easier said than done" how true!
one can always tell others not to mind and move on.
"oh its just prelims, not Os yet. dont worry", they would say
but its always the case when YOU are in that situation, you cant bring myself to 'MOVE ON'
at least for me. its like this luh
thats when the saying ' dont do what u preach ' comes into play. haha

sadness and disappointment fills our heart
and the mind keeps flashing sentences like, why did i get this kind of marks.
why do i suck at this particular subject; oh crap what gone wrong - i tot i was quite confident a while ago! ; GOD damn it, fucking careless mistakes; OR why cant that guy who got his A already stop mocking me!
hahas. i will still give one sentence.
take it to the mind but not the heart.
no matter how badly you have done, u still have to go on.
but its okay, take some time out, sort things out, and start pondering what went wrong.
dont regret what u've done,
because however bad it is, you can always turn it into a good thing by taking it as a lesson
find what u done wrong than dont do it again lors.
not easy not easy.. i know. lol
but wadeva it is, dont put it into your heart.. dont be demoralised !
cos we cant afford to lose interest, motivation, passion and hope! as the 0s are really really drawing very near.
there is no permanent failure as long as u keep trying
